In this Speakers Series, we will explore songs and meanings and related book/authors. Think of this as a concert striving for maximum topical relevance, or, in musical terms, James Taylor meets David Suzuki/ Noam Chomsky.
Bob Henderson is the author of four well-known Canadian books, as well as a contributing writer for academic journals and magazines across the country. He currently a professor at Brock University, after 29 years of teaching outdoor education at McMaster University.
This Speakers Series is for anyone who values the power of song, wants to tap into that inner creative side, or explore the impacts that context and experiences add to individual stories. Admission is $10 /per person. A portion of the proceeds will go to a local conservation organization.
