Tastes of Haliburton: Full Day

Join Yours Outdoors for a home-grown taste tour of the Haliburton Highlands. Start your day with an informative wild edibles hike in the company of a knowledgeable local guide, moving on to the Wintergreen Barn where you will learn to make your own Haliburton Tortiere or Maple Syrup Pie. Guess what’s for lunch! Just up the road we will visit a family run organic farm, Waverly Brook Farms for four seasons of flavour; followed by a behind the scenes tour of Moon Shadows Estate Winery, a unique winemaker who uses maple syrup and fruit to produce some incredibly tasty wine. Tour includes free samples! Cap off the day with an optional fine dining experience, Haliburton-style!
