About Your Guide

Your guide Karen Koehler has been guiding people on adventures in nature since 1997. She loves combining her love for the energy of nature (she majored in Wildlife Biology) with her love for finding more energy, health and happiness in our everyday lives (she is a certified Health and Life Coach). Karen is also an artist, writer, personal trainer and harness dog sports instructor. She wrote the book the, The Muttskateers, about skijoring and doing other harness dog sports with her beloved energetic dogs.
