A canoe experience for women over 40 who want to fine tune their true north to feel more vibrant, strong and purposeful. This a very small group experience, for 1 to 3 women to really help them tap into their deepest yearnings and overcome what might be in the way. Karen works through a women’s-based coaching approach.
Learn how to paddle, enjoy the beauty of nature and immerse yourself in an experience to tap into your deepest yearning and overcome obstacles stopping you or slowing you down from this vision. This is a safe, confidential space where you will be able to share a growth journey immersed in the beauty of nature, with a very small group of women. Karen will connect you with your most powerful resourced self and guide you with powerful questions to help you breakthrough from your present story to new story and uncover how to close the gap between the two. At lunch (bring your own) we will do some meditation and activities to connect with nature to fill ourselves up with its blessings and wisdom even more.
